How many miles has your engine done? In the UK there is a conviction that on the M635 you MUST change timing chains, pulleys, tensioners etc at aanything over 100k miles. I haven't seen this on the noticeboard, perhaps because I'm fairly new. Cost at Main Dealer was about £1000 ($1650). Engine then said to be good to 200k +. Mine is now at 131k.
Any comments from your side of the big pond?
