my '79 won't turn off the headlights if the high beams are on! Shut off the headlamp switch, the ignition, nothing matters or works, the only way to get them off is to go back to low beams. The lows work normal, if I turn off the ignition, the beams shut off leaving the parks.
Any ideas?
