: Screw the part numbers! Do a small burnout and if there are two black marks you have a limited slip diff. One black mark and you don't(or the diff is bad)

Can't remember exactly where, I swapped mine 2 months ago to a limited slip and there was an "S" signifying limited slip on a metal tag (?) on the diff housing, can't remember for sure. The first response is true as well, especially in turns.
