Having just gotten a 740i, I must (regretfully) sell my other car, a beautiful black w/ red leather 1984 733iA. This car has approx. 122,000 miles, and has service records from 1992 ( I acquired it from a family member). All work has either been done at a dealer or a good BMW shop (Zygmunt BMW in Doylestown PA). Since I have had the car, I have used synthetic oil and changed all fluids regularly. The car uses ZERO oil and leaks nothing. It drives beautifully. The car has the following new BMW (no aftermarket) parts
1. Camshaft, rocker arms, etc (done at BMW dealer)
2. Radiator
3. Brake master cylinder and bomb.
4. Rotors (front) and pads
5. Front wheel bearings
6. Power steering pump, alternator, and water pump
7. New belts and hoses
8. New engine flywheel and starter
9. New converter and recent exhasut
10. Two sets of rims, the original 6.5 x 14 alloys and 6 x 14 steel wheels (I live in Philadelphia--potholes)
11. Sunroof motor and regulator
12. Front strut replacement inserts (shocks)
13. Rear pitman arms
14. transmission mounts
The car has power everything, and includes a pioneer trunk c/d changer and upgraded kenwood speakers with a stock bmw head unit. It also has a cover, which when the car was not garaged (rarely) has allowed me to keep the leather and the paint beautiful. I am looking for a bit over KBB at $4400 (firm because as I write this I do not want to sell!), but this car does not have any of the typical 1980s BMW problems you typically see here on the board, or they have been professionally repaired. Please email if you are interested. This car is rock solid mechanically. I prefer to sell to a bmw enthusiast such as myself. Thanks for your time.
