1987 L6 for sale (archive)

If anyone is interested, there is a local dealer in my neighborhood (Boston) who is selling a Black 1987 L6 for pretty short money. He doesn't know it's an L6, I asked him and he thought I meant M6! It has all the goodies that definitively make it an L6: Stitched leather dash, door panels, headliner, the rubber bumper sides, cooler, switchable auto tranny, etc. Also, it has Borbet rims and a Schnitzer badge on the rear. The car has 130k and I have not yet driven it. I think he's asking 6k but I'm sure he'll budge a bit. I'd buy it if I didn't already love my '92 E34 525i (and didn;t just buy a house). As far as I can tell, no dents or rust.
