The faq focuses on window alignment, and points out that adjusting the door closure is not for the faint of heart. I have heard experience mechanics say that unless the problem is severe it is best to live with it, as there is a good chance that when adjusting the doors you create other problems, such as with the window seals.

Unfortunetly, this is a bit of bad engineering on BMW's part. As far as the window closure goes, I have found that at highway speeds there is a tendancy for the front windows to lose their seal and leak air. This is generally only a problem if a) the vent fan is on (thus creating positive cabin pressure), or b) I'm going over 100 mph. In the case of b) it just adds to the experience. :)

: : Am I the only one whose doors are difficult to get closed. I gotta really slam the drivers door to get it to latch.

: While it can be a little tedious, it is not terribly difficult. Here is a fantastic FAQ with pictures to help you through the process. http://web2.airmail.net/grills/b_c_g_FAQ/Body_Interior.html#anchor24982937. Good luck.
