Would anyone know the value of a dash with no cracks and/or one with only minor ones?

Does anyone know where one is (black)?

Has anyone installed/exchanged a dash?

Has anyone installed a overlay (plastic)?

I have a few good size cracks and I am tired of looking at them!!!!
