Thanks Chris for the info.
I am going to order the book this weekend as I currently have 5 BMW's to keep me busy. I am going to replace the convertor and the 02 sensor first as I definitely have an internal problem there that can't easily be fixed, other than direct replacement.
How long should my system hold fuel pressure? I currently am running with a gauge to monitor fuel pressure when I adjust the adjustable fuel pressure regulator and I noticed today that after shutting down the fuel pressure starts to bleed off slowly eventualy dropping to zero. Is this normal or does this indicate a pump problem??
Thanks for the advice,

Tom in PA
