Subject: b_c_g: BMWNA Phone # for Manuals

Since I am getting alot of personal requests (my own fault for gloating) for
it I am reposting the information for calling BMWNA to request new manuals.
Here you guys go!
--------------------
Within the last two years I've bought cars lacking owners' manuals. I
simply
phoned BMW of NA at 1-800-831-1117. I spoke to a customer rep, told him/her
the problem. The person asked for the VIN number of the car I'd bought.
About 3 weeks later USPS delivered the manual. My most recent experience
was
last week when I got the manual for my '89 635csi.

The manual is accompanied by a nice letter from BMW saying how they're
"proud
to count you among our family of valued owners."

Cost? FREE

Thanks to Bob Rauner for the info originally!
