Thrust Arm Chasis Bolt (archive)

Trying to remove the thru-the-bushing bolt on my thrust arms. They seem impossibly stuck, despite using a lot of break free and some large box end wrenches. Any tricks or techniques you can recommend? I'm about ready to use a nut splitter as a last resort.
