It' rare the teeth are stripped! Is it moving one side only? Check the cable as it's drive a wrom gear which move the seat back. This is a coomon problem!

: Is it possible to just purchase the motor part of the seat. I have a non sport seat in an '85 635CSi.
: The seat is in decent condition i just need a new track, not even the motor. the motor works fine, the teeth that brings the seat up and down are striped. I sit possible to just buy this piece? Any idea on the price if you can?
