First try exchanging the switch w/one of the others to see if thats all it is otherwise..
Anytime the windows don't get used often enough, they get sluggish. Usually the drivers side is the least problematic since its used the most. Passenger side is 2nd best since its used almost as often as drivers and the backs bind the worst esp. after sitting for a while. Usually I've found working them over & over again (while eng. running so you get full amperage)fixes the prob. otherwise a new rear motor costs $285.00 so if you can't find a junkyard motor, you might want to just say screw it.
