Was there already a charge of freon in the system ? Is the compressor getting 12 volts when there is freon in the system ? The compressor will not power up with little or no freon in the system, You may have something as simple as a fuse blown. Does the aux fan come on when you push the snow flake A/C button inside ? .If there is no power getting to the compressor, but the fuse is good, the pressure sw on the rec drier could be defective or just plain disconnected. Take a small screwdriver and with no EPD or EPA squads around, just barely push in on one of the scrader valves of the A/C , any freon escape ?
