water leaks under dash, no visable causes... help! (archive)

water has been appearing just where I don't want it, on my wiring under the dash, in the glove box (ruined my owners manual) but not on top of the dash, and not visable on carpet... just behind the dash! I'm confused, I imagine a window seal leak? but seals look good... any suggestions?
