About rim choice. I started with 16" BBS wheels. They were fine. Then went to 17" AC Snichtzer. Currently i have a set of 18". They are great. No fit problems. They are on a 85 635. The only drawback is ride quality. I use it as a daily driver as well. It's not as bad as you may think. I have two sets of 18's for sale. E-mail me if you got questions.
