Joe,
The rubber strip on the Euro bumper are held by clips. Best to remove the bumper and squeeze the clip out of the bumper from behind ( that's why removing bumper). Rebend the clip so that it will hold the strip tighter or just replace the snap clip-$10 for 20 clip. HTH!
