Getrag 262 5-speed? (archive)

Recently aquired a Getrag 262. The receipt that came with it was from Bavarian Auto Recycling in Sacremento. The tranny has "83 633i" written on it in yellow grease pencil. I have a 262 from my 77 530i (4-speed) out in the shed. This one is much longer and heavier. Is it a 5-speed? Is final drive 1:1 or does it have an overdrive 5th gear. I am considering putting it in my e-12. Any help is appreciated
