I recently put new NGK spark plugs in, and have been having problems with the idle and acceleration. I took a couple plugs out today, and noticed that after 2 days they are blackened (oily), and are actually bending at the point where the wires plug into the plug at an angle (threaded section on opposite end of electrode, not sure what the technical name is)I plan on puting the "silber" plugs in, hopefully this will solve my problem. but I don't want this to happen to my new plugs, is this because the plugs are not designed to handle the electricity that flows through?
and is somehow warping the connection end of the plug?
any help would be appreciated!
hopefully I can help some of you with problems someday, but I'm new to this!
