Hi Tom,
BTDT! The POS batt terminal corroded at the small nut that hold the small wire to the POS termial. The rust beneath prevent enough ampere to crank the starter. Remove all the bolt/ screw on the POS terminal to inspect. Took me 3 weeks to diagnose! Al ways have to wait till eng cool or cold to be able to start!
