:From what I can gather the 262 is the CR (1:1 fifth) the 265 is the overdrive version. If it is a CR then is has a "dogleg" shift pattern where 1st, 3rd and 5th are down while 2nd and 4th are away. Also if it is a CR the bolt pattern on the rear case section is the same as the bolt pattern on the front section.
