Just did the rattling blower motor on my 535. No good fix as the bearings are pressed into the housing endplates and the whole assy is staked together. Some people have reported putting lube etc., but this is only temp.
I have to do one of my 635's this summer and I think the motor is the same.Contact James or Barry at Bimmerworld.com for a used unit. That should take care of the problem. Replacement is about 20min. max.
