since you aren't lookin for a pretty car,interior isn't a prob($$DOLLARS$$)and as long as the windows work you don't need AC unless your in the south or where I'm at,the East coast which is 90degrees and muggy in summer.

As long as susp.& exhaust(cat./res./muff.)are good I'd stand firm@$3000. no more. Reason, when you sell it(1-2yrs), if its in the same shape and still runs fine, you'll get $2000-$2500 for it.
