Help: Windows and sunroof not working (archive)

1986 635 power sunroof switch was not working properly so I turned off the car and swapped it out with the rear window switch to see if that was the problem and then not only did the sunroof stop working altogether but now all of the power windows stopped working. What
did I do? I could not find any bad fuses. And the switches are not in upside down. Any suggestions would be much appreciated
