Two places to look at: Spedo is going bad, remove and check all connections for burn/bad diods. speedometer sensor in rear diff, not sure on the testing procedures.

: any suggestions? Every once in a while the speedometer will stop and drop to zero. Sometimes for only a second, sometimes for a whole day. The tachometer continues to work normaly. ??
