Darron, how much did the head rebuild set you back, and what prompted you to do it? What kind of symptoms was the engine showing that led you to believe that it needed it? I ask because I see that a lot of M635 owners do head rebuild around the 75k mark, and since I'm closing in on that I'd like some more info.

Also, did the original Getrag unit fail? Have you noticed any difference in the performance (as opposed to durability) of the new 265, such as shifting quality?

: sorry, its cinnabar red with buffalo hide interior(black). The car was originally brought in the country at New Jerseys port but it has spent its entire life here in atlanta. I am the 3rd owner. It has had the valve spring update and a head rebuild. the car has a Dinan suspension hartge wheels I replaced the weak 260/280 transmission with a 265 getrag, put a new starter, clutch , and uuc shortshifter in the car less than 3 months ago. I sent you some pictures.
