If you care to see what those wheesl look like on an M6, shoot me an email as I like to show off my car to people who appreciate it.

Those wheels and HUGE tires make for a really good time. I was at a BMW gathering and hooked up with about 5 guys driving the new 2 seater "m coupe"s.

We were screaming through some incredible winding roads in the mountains and my m6 hung with them pretty well. I was in the middle of the pack. When we eventually stopped to let the cars cool down I got many complements.

Yes the 18"ers make for a rough ride but its my choice to have the outrageous handeling.

: Adam,

: The roads here in San Diego, CA are pretty much all smooth. Occasional potholes, but I can deal, I love the look of the 18 inchers on the 6.

: : you missed out on an awesome oppy. two weeks ago, there was a PERFECT set F.S. that were the correct offset on EBay, I think the final bid was $800. Thats a steal! Bigger wheels means thinner sidewalls but doesn't always make for better handleing. If the roads near you are pretty smooth and not many pot holes(never able to run 18's in NY)then the 18's will ride O.K., bad roads and stiff susp., you'll get jolted too much by the harsh ride. I personally thought they look too big on the 6 to the point that the car looks out of proportioned but T.E.H.O.!
