: This happens occasionally when I turn on my left turn signal: I hear a rapid "fluttering sound and my signal doesn't work. I assume the switch is going bad; is this likely the culprit and how hard is it to change? Thanks!

I've had similar problems with a "fast" signal indicator on several occations. Look for loose or sloppy connections between your bulb and blinker connector. In most cases you can bend the blinker connector so that it will make solid contact.
