Did you just get this car? I wonder if the previous owner bumped/slammed a curb or something. He might have even needed to replace a wheel to cover up "shunt" with curb. A 1000 mile tire wear out rate is astronomically high. Go to a good alignment shop. Have them measure the rear toe-in as well as the camber angle.
