ABS light comes on when headlights are on (archive)

My ABS warning light comes on as soon as, or soon after, I turn on my headlights. It never comes on when my headlights are off. I've tried locking up my brakes and the ABS seems to be functioning, so I assume this is an electrical gremlin somewhere. Anybody else ever have this problem? Ideas?
