I'd check the banjo bolt to the cam spray bar. If it's working loose, it could be bleeding away enough pressure to put the light on during low rpm/oil volume periods.

If it comes out, you could toast the cam at the very least.

Otherwise, what oil viscosity are you running, whats the OAT, and where's your engine temp?
