I purchased the book, along with the Gold Series road test book a month before I started shopping for my 6er. The books were nice, but it was the E24 forum, in combination with the books, that proved to be the useful "pre-purchase tool" for anyone shopping for a 6er. I would've liked to seen a collectibles corner in the enthusiasts book to add a little more fun to 6er ownership. Go buy the book, but tuning in to the E24 forum is better for reality check.
