There was a review of this book in the February issue of Bimmer magazine, p.12. I purchased the book just after it came out, and I concur with the reviewer when he says the author skips around chronologically quite a bit during his telling of the 6 series story. This makes for some rather confusing reading; I can only peruse this book for 10-15 minutes at a stretch before I get somewhat frustrated and have to set it down. I've also heard it has quite a few factual errors on production notes. However, it's one of the few books on 6ers and overall it's pretty well done. I'd recommend buying it.
