: : Help me, my radio is showing code on the display after I replaced the main relay. When I tried to put the radio code in after 3 attemps it now has no display. What did I do wrong? All the buttons still light up, just no display. Is this part of the anti-thieft features? The code is correct for the radio, I got it from the dealer.
: : TIA,

: : 84 633CSi 150K: After 3 atempts the radio will shut down and not allow any more code inputs. You have to leave the radio on for at least 1 hour WITH NO INPUTS and then enter the code and you should be in operation. Don't try anything for at least 1 hour before you try to enter the codes. Sometimes the buttons will get dirty and enter a false code, if your volume control is noisey, chances are you have some noisey buttons also. I recommend spraying some contact cleaner on and around the volume control and buttons and then wait with the radio on for an hour to set the code.
: Good luck!
