High humidity cools engines better. First I would check to make sure radiator cap is correct pressure. if it does not hold pressure water will boil over. is thermostatic fan clutch working at high temps? make sure radiator is clean outside by washing bugs off with a garden hose from inside the engine compartment.
Most likely the radiater is clogged. I was told at a radiator shop that a good radiator with cap open, remove lower hose all the water should gush out very fast with almost no dribbles at end. A bad radiator will gush a little slower then really dribble slowly for a long while. Do this off the car with clear water not hot radiator fluid.
