Most likely they are / were part of an alarm / immobiliser installation. I think you are either going to have to ignore them or else bite the bullet and trace them. If you post the ECU pin numbers then someone with an ETM should be able to tell you what they are connected to.

P.S. I invented a few new words while removing a POs alarm installation - but I'm glad I did.
: in the glove box the computer has four sets of grey wires that look as if they were added to the car, one set is connected the other set is disconnected (they have slip on connectors on them) what are they for, what do they do, they one connected if you disconect it they car wont start, any help is appreciated
