Repairing Comfort Seatbacks (archive)

About a week ago, a passenger had accidently over extended the power recline control on the front comfort seatback causing a loud "pop", resulting in a twisted seatback and frozen seat tilt control. I have followed some of the instructions found on BCG FAQ archives, but found access to removing the seatback side mounted metal tilt levers both difficult to remove, let alone seen through the narrow and blind slot. I later discovered that the recline drive gear was only working on the left side (side closest to the driver seat), but the right side gear was not moving at all, causing some binding. I could use some help here-everything else power-wise works on the seat, except for the seatback recline and mechanical tilt-release.

Thanks in advance!
