Drive Line Problems? (archive)

Hi All,
I just past the 150K mark in my 84 633, now it seems to have a lot of new problems. About 5K miles ago I had the center bearing and trans mounts and crossmember replaced. Then about 1K after that I had the flex plate(Guibo?) replaced. Now it seems the rattle and shimmy from the trans area that started this mess is back. The shimmy starts out when accelerating from a stop and stop when it shifts to 3rd gear(Auto), also the rattle which will become a clanking soon, is also present.
I don't know if this is a drive line problem or suspension/tire problem, but the car has had a vibration problem from 65-80 MPH that comes and goes in 5 sec intervols(cycles). I know I need upper thrust arm bushing and maybe a tire balance. I have the usual brake shudder when braking and goes away when you press harder on the brakes.
What is making my drive line problems come back, and is the virabration from my driveline? Maybe a imbalanced drive shaft?
Any body want to trade a 2002 for a 6 with auto?
