In Reply to: Changing Front Rotors and Pads on 88 635........ posted by Todd on June 11, 2000 at 16:49:19:

: Could someone tell me hoe tough a job this is? I was looking at the repair mannual for the 7 and 5 series and this doesn't look to terribly difficult. Are there any special instuctions for the 6? I just don't want to mess this up. How hard is it to change the pads? Any info is greatly appreciated as always!

: Thanks,
: Todd

I had to drill mine out because the rotors
havent been replaced since Bush was in office. I had to drill them out and call a friend to take me to BMW parts for this very unique part. Dont expect to get it at a hardware store. BMW exclusive part only. Good luck
