Drivers seat recliner needs repair (archive)

My power seat (Rocaro) does not recline fully. I've had the seat out and the motor is good it looks like the gear box on the left (door) side is bad. does anyone have one? I'd like to swap mine out is this possible? Any help much appreciated.
