help w/ power headrest removal (archive)

Anyone have directions? I just need to install some sheepskins and need to remove the headrests on my '86 M635csi (sport seats). I looked at the BCG FAQ but am confused - do I need to remove the rear panel and disengage something or (according to the seat disassembly FAQ) just pull up on the headrest real hard? Do they slide right back in?
