Stage 1is springs and shocks

Stage 2 adds bars

Stage 3 adds negative camber front mounts

Stage 4 adds eccentric rear trailing arm camber correction

Upgraded upper control arm bushing is not included to my knowledge. It's the same as a turned down 750i bushing.

I don't own any of these, but looked into it at one point.
