This is a commercially available ($50 from JC Whitney)that allows timed pulses of the FI. When connected to a pressure source (car or tester shown in first message) one can select a single pulse, a 400ms series of times pulses, or other options.

It has a plug for the Bosch FI type injector or can be hooked to any type with the pins provided.

Using a graduated container, or measuring the system pressure drop after activating a series of pulses, one can compare injector flow rates of a set to see if they all flow the same (or to match a set).
