: The Scraeder valve is mounted in place of the top center connector and is removed to permit filling of the container with gasoline/cleaner.

: The Hose connects to a tube that goes almost to the bottom of the container so it is immersed in the fuel/cleaner.

: The gauge is screwed into a fitting attached to the tank top.

: The original overpressure safety valve is retained to vent excess pressure.

: The Hose valve is a simple ball valve.

: The hose-to-injector fitting is one I made on a lathe that allows the FI w/ its "O" Ring to be inserted, but one could just as well use a hose clamp on the hose and insert the FI into the hose end.

: The whole affair cost under $10.

: I have also posted a picture of the electronic FI energizer I mentioned, though you can just as well energize the FI with test clips directly.

: Hope this helps,

Bob:

I am usually a quiet "lurker" here, but you have created a very dangerous BOMB and I must comment. My son was horribly burned in 1996 when the lawn mower gas tank he was filling exploded. 5 painful operations later he is yet to regain anything resembling a normal life.

Your device is pressurized DEATH. NEVER spray gasoline or any flammable liquid into the air. Even a small static spark could set the atomized liquid off destroying your whole life or that of someone you love.

Leave such testing to qualfified, trained persons. Amateurs like you are literally playing with FIRE and you have no idea what you are doing.

One gallon of gasoline is equivalent to 9 sticks of dynamite. Never forget this. I even pay the additional 15 cents per gallon to have my gasoline pumped at the service station and I make sure I and my family are NOT in the car when it is being serviced.

It is cheap insurance since NO amount of insurance can replace your life when it has been destroyed by such "innocent" materials.

I hope NO ONE builds your device, and that you throw yours away before you hurt yourself.

Regards,
Dave
