: I have begun restoration on my 6er, I had a complete body restoration done, everything was stripped down, all rust replaced with metal. The car now looks brand new, with the exception of upgrading a few trim pieces, and interior... It is almost complete! I couldn't be happier with this car, the body work caost 3600 canadian, although I have done substantial mechanical. It all depends on what you start with.
: But I say go for it! you'll have a lot of fun!

: : : Has anyone had a complete restoration done? How much did it cost?

: : This guy is doing a complete resto. in the United Arab Emirates and he's over $12K already with maybe 4 or 5 more to go. Having done the same to a lesser extent myself, you would be doing yourself a favor by getting a nice example to begin with. Dalton has all of his updates on a website, though I don't have the address handy. Check with the Big Coupe Groupe (join if you haven't already.)
