At first I thought this had all the classic symptoms of a broken belt but I looked at the belt and none were broken, but it just seemed like that had to be it, so I grabbed the belt for the alternator and guess what, everything including the main crank pulley spun freely. There must be some key way that mounts the main pulley to the crank shaft. Any help on how to fix this?
