Eng hesitation when warm- intermitently too! (archive)

My 80 car/86 motronic engine- hesitate when warm/ backfire in manifold. When it hesitate, I could bare get it accelerate. It would run fine all of a sudden after prolong hesitation.I checked all lose coonection. Is this main relay??(Don't have a spare one to test).

After ignition is off, it would run on a little- disconnected cold start already. Any ideas?
