Need help removing instrument cluster (archive)

I'm trying to remove my instrument cluster (need to get to both the speedo and the SI board) in my 1988 635CSi. I removed to kick panel beneath the steering column. Now I can see all the guts under the dash, but I don't see anything like screws holding the instrument panel in. I must not be looking in the right places. I can see larger bolts holding the steering column, but no smaller screws. I can see the housing of the instrument cluster. TIA!
