Wanted 1987 front bumber,air dam,grills. (archive)

I am looking to renew the front end of my 6 series.
+++ also while at the local bone yard a 7 series had a perfect bumper. and it looks the same..but the id numbers for the parts in the BMW parts book are different. has any one ever placed the two bumper's side by side to compare the difference? is so what are they?+++
