My tach and MPG meter are quiet for about 30 seconds after I start the car, then act erratic for a few seconds before working properly. I pulled my SI board. Visual inspection shows no bad solder joints. I pulled the batteries (3v lithium), then checked them with my volt/ohmmeter. One is putting out maybe 2.9v and the other is about 2.7 or so. Is this drop enough to cause the erratic behavior? I'm hooking fresh batteries back up, but I won't know how it all works until my speedo comes back from the shop. We'll see....
