On someones advice I disconnected the battery for an hour. It doubled the power and made it feel like a race car again.

Any new ideas on what the problem could be?

TIA

My 87 m6 runs GREAT sometimes but most of the time it seems to sputter up to 3k rpm making driving this thing more like labor rather then pleasure. Iam dropping it off at the shop on monday for them to check it out.

The thing is, when I get it back I would like to have something to compare it to to make sure its running up to its potential.

I would sooooooo much appreciate someone with a well running m6 taking me for a quick ride and showing off their m6 to me.

I am in El Cerrito and will meet you anywhere in the bay area tomorrow (sunday).

Can anyone help me out?
